Equipment structural characteristics and technical performance
This device uses efficient ceramic corrugated fillers. The distillation tower body is made of stainless steel, which prevents the phenomenon of iron filings blocking the packing and prolongs the service life of the device. All equipment parts in contact with alcohol in this device, such as condensers, surge tanks, cooling coils, etc., are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The W-shaped distillation kettle adopts a detachable U-shaped heating tube, which can be moved out of the kettle during maintenance, making it easy to clean the outer wall of the heating tube and the inner wall of the distillation kettle.
The ZW type eliminates the need for indirect heating of the distillation kettle. The condenser adopts a tubular heat exchanger, and spiral plate heat exchangers can also be supplied according to user requirements. The cooler adopts a coil type cooler, which is equipped with a pressure stabilizing tank and a specific gravity meter.
Product Usage
This device is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemical industry. It is also suitable for distillation of other solvents such as methanol. This device can distill diluted alcohol at around 30 ° C to 90~95 ° C alcohol according to user requirements. If the alcohol content of the finished product is required to be high, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the yield will correspondingly decrease.
Device composition
There are five specifications for the W-type, each of which includes the corresponding configuration of a distillation tower, distillation kettle, condenser, cooler, pressure stabilizing tank, and hydrometer. The W-200 and W-300 distillation towers are directly installed on the distillation kettle. W-400, W-500, and W-600 distillation towers and stills are installed separately.
The ZW model comes in two specifications: ZW-200 and ZW-300, each of which includes corresponding supporting preheaters, distillation towers, condensers, coolers, pressure stabilizing tanks, and hydrometers.
Other auxiliary equipment and instruments, such as measuring tanks, storage tanks, delivery pumps, rotameters, temperature indicating instruments, etc., are provided by users themselves. Our factory can also process or order and supply them separately according to user requirements.
