Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of an air filter, a heater, a fluidized bed host, a cyclone separator, a bag dust collector, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, and an operating platform. Due to the different properties of the drying materials, when supporting dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. You can choose both a cyclone separator, a bag dust collector, or one of them, Generally speaking, for materials with a larger specific gravity such as granules and granular materials, only a cyclone separator needs to be selected for drying. For small granular and powdered materials with a lighter specific gravity, a bag dust collector needs to be equipped, and pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors are available for selection.
The granular solid materials are added to the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower. The distribution plate contacts the solid materials, forming fluidized bed and achieving gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed. The solid powder is collected by the cyclone dust collector group and bag dust collector, and then discharged.
Steam, electricity, and hot air furnaces can all be matched according to user requirements.
Clean hot air is distributed through the valve plate into the bed, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact between hot air and materials, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, making it possible to dry in a relatively short period of time. If using a continuous type, the material enters from one end of the bed, undergoes boiling drying for tens of seconds to a few minutes, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This device is generally operated under negative pressure.
Drying operations for pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. For example, drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid, and other powdered materials. The particle size of the applicable material is generally 0.1-6mm, and it is recommended to have a particle size of 0.5-3mm.
